Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality. A leader is the one who inspires for the fulfillment of the mind, body and nature to a particular purpose in career and in life.
St. Francis Xavier Girls’ High School conducted the investiture ceremony on 10 June 2019.The chief guest was Rev. Father Dominic Xavier and the guest of Honour was Rev. Father Anthony Swami. The ceremony commenced with a prayer service, which was followed by the leaders marching forward, with their heads held high, carrying their respective house flags to the flag stand. The badges were pinned onto them by the guests, and the leaders were then blessed by Rev. Father Dominic , who addressed them to carry out their duties diligently and to be very respectful. Father Dominic prayed for their success in every Endeavour throughout this year. The ceremony concluded with the leaders pledging their oaths to be responsible leaders of the school, keeping the motto, ‘Faith and Courage’ in their minds. It was truly a day of honour and pride for the student council, as they are privileged to lead the school.
